Victor MacKewicz

Victor Mackewicz has extensive experience in the field of chemistry and research, having worked at Ingredion Incorporated since January 1982, where roles include Associate (Research) and Principal Chemist. Prior to this, Victor held positions at National Starch and Chemical from 2000 to 2007, serving as a Senior Chemist in Industrial Starch Applications and then as a Principal Technologist in Corporate Research. Expertise encompasses equipment design and development, jet cooker operations and modifications, lab size press design, lab coater modifications, and industrial spray system design. Education was completed at County College of Morris between 1981 and 1983.
