Ilze Podina has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ilze recently worked at Ingrid as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they developed trust relationships with clients and acted as a strategic partner. Prior to that, they worked at Teamtailor as an International Sales & Business Developer, identifying business opportunities and building successful relationships with prospects. Ilze also has experience as a Merchant Service Specialist at Nets Group and as a Production coordinator/furniture manufacturing at Byggevejlederen. Ilze has worked as a Project Assistant at Cre8o, specializing in strategic design and business development, and as a Procurement Manager at Dagens Bedste Oktober IVS, where they performed market research and managed imports. Ilze has also held roles as an Administrative Assistant at BC Hospitality Group (Bella Center), an International Host Manager/Event Coordinator at Gallery Int.
