Ramon Casillas

Ramon Casillas has extensive work experience in technology, holding leadership positions in various companies. Ramon currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Inhabit®, where they are responsible for defining technical vision and strategy for the company. Prior to this, they were a Member of the DC CTO Club. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Cvent, initially as the Vice President of Technology and later as the Senior Vice President of Technology. At Cvent, they oversaw program management, technology operations, sales engineering, and software engineering. Before joining Cvent, Ramon spent 21 years at MicroStrategy, where they began as a software engineer and eventually rose to the position of Vice President of Technology. Ramon was part of the founding technology group that developed MicroStrategy's Business Intelligence product. Ramon's early work experience includes a role as a Systems Engineer at DuPont in 1992.

Ramon Casillas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1993. Ramon later pursued an MBA at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, specializing in Information Technology and Finance, from 2000 to 2002.
