Alicia Patten

Alicia Patten is a seasoned professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at InHealth since November 2022. Alicia's extensive experience includes roles at Boden from July 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities progressed from Junior Product Merchandiser to Senior Assistant Buyer, focusing on womenswear categories such as accessories, jersey tops, and swimwear. A graduate of the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing of Fashion Textiles, Alicia has also gained valuable insights through internships at House of Fraser, Chic & Seek, Brandnation, and Verve Clothing Company. Additional volunteer experience at Oxfam has further enriched Alicia's knowledge of fashion branding and garment quality.
