Amelia Staniland is the Chief People Officer at Inhealth. Amelia has over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on operations and human resources.

Amelia began their career as a Research Associate at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they worked on clinical studies of vaccines for cats and dogs. Amelia then spent two years as a Senior CRA at Pfizer, designing and implementing clinical trials. In 2008, they joined King's College London as a post-doctoral researcher, working on a project funded by the Arthritis Research Campaign.

In 2010, Amelia Staniland was promoted to Head of Operations for the Surgeries Division at The Practice plc, where they were responsible for the operational management of over 60 GP surgeries and walk-in centres. Amelia oversaw the delivery of NHS care to 200,000 patients and was responsible for the division's financial performance. Amelia was promoted to Chief People Officer at Inhealth in April 2012.

In 1998, Amelia Staniland began their educational career by enrolling at the University of Manchester to study pharmacology and physiology. Amelia graduated with a BSc (Hons) 1st in 2001 and then went on to study neuroscience at King's College London, where they were awarded a PhD in 2004. In 2007, they enrolled in an Executive MBA program at Henley Business School, where they studied business administration, management and operations.

They are on a team with Hanif Wazir - Chief Growth Officer, Reem Hasan - Chief Medical Officer, and Steven Scott - CFO. Amelia Staniland reports to Geoff Searle, CEO.
