Howard Patshkowski

Howard Patshkowski has extensive experience in information technology and support services, having served as a Desktop Support Analyst II at INHS from 2003 until retirement, providing computer systems support for various healthcare facilities in Washington. Prior roles include IS Administrator at Washington State ESD, and ITSS4 Manager at the Washington State Department of Corrections, where responsibilities included managing the IT department and setting up Novell networks. Earlier experience also includes managing multiple IBM and Apple computer stores at Capital Computers. Howard Patshkowski's educational background includes a high school diploma from Kaiserslautern, sales training, and a degree in mid-management with a focus on Business Administration from Spokane Falls Community College. Military service includes serving as a Seaman in the United States Navy from 1965 to 1968.
