Jen Wolf

Jennifer Wolf is the Managing Partner of Initialized Capital since November 2016. Prior to that, Jennifer held the position of Chief Product Officer at Reserve from April 2015 to January 2017, where Jennifer was promoted from VP of Product in 2016. Jennifer was also the CEO and Founder of Plumfile Product Consulting from 2009 to March 2015, providing executive-level product and design expertise to various brands. Jennifer has experience as Vice President, Products at Deem, Inc. from December 2006 to November 2009, and as a Partner at millimeter design from March 2002 to October 2006. Jennifer started their career as the Director of User Experience at Sapient from March 1998 to February 2002. Jennifer holds a degree in International Studies from the University of Washington.
