Terra R. Gant

Terra R. Gant, MHRM, MPA, currently serves as the Human Resources and Training Coordinator at RHA Health Services, LLC, and has been in this role since July 2017. Additionally, Terra operates as an Independent Senior Creative Partner at Initials, Inc., since February 2017. Previously, Terra held the position of Human Resources Director at Loving Arms, LLC, overseeing various HR functions and employee training for over 200 employees. Terra's extensive career also includes several roles at Porter-Leath, starting as an Employment Specialist and progressing to Site Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed supervision, training, and compliance within the Career Place Families First program. Terra holds two Master's degrees—one in Public Administration from Strayer University and the other in Human Resource Management from Webster University—and a Bachelor's degree in English from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
