Alexis C. Bugajski

Alexis C. Bugajski is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in media planning and communication strategies. Currently serving as Associate Media Director at Initiative since July 2017, Alexis has successfully executed multi-million dollar media plans for various clients and negotiated contracts with professional sports teams. Previous roles include Senior Communications Designer and Negotiator at ZenithOptimedia Group, where Alexis optimized local broadcast campaigns and mentored junior team members. Additional experience includes work as a Theater Reviewer and Assistant Editor at Picture This Post, and roles in education and customer service, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations & Advertising and English Literature from DePaul University.
