Amarilis Lugo

Amarilis Lugo has over a decade of experience in communications and media planning, currently serving as Associate Director of Communications Design at Initiative since October 2015, where key clients include Revlon and LEGO. Previously, Amarilis worked as a Senior Strategist for clients such as Merck and the FDA, and held roles at Commonground/MGS, Prime Access, and Global Advertising Strategies, covering a diverse range of clients including Verizon Wireless and Lufthansa Airlines. Amarilis holds a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from SUNY New Paltz.
