Ashley Pickens

Ashley Pickens has extensive experience in digital partnerships, currently serving as Associate Director at Initiative since March 2018. Previous roles include Digital Media Manager, Senior Negotiator, Negotiator, and Associate, all within the Digital Partnerships division at Initiative. Prior to this, Ashley gained valuable experience as an Editorial Intern at Prometheus Global Media, contributing to VIBE.com through brainstorming sessions, research, and long-form writing. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rutgers Business School, graduating in May 2017.
