Kyle Bakely

Kyle Bakely has a diverse background in brand experience and communications design, with extensive experience in media planning. At Publicis Collective, Kyle served as a Supervisor in Brand Experience and previously held the role of Senior Associate in Brand Experience for CoLab/Pfizer. Prior to this, Kyle worked as a Data Analysis and Media Buyer Intern at Harmelin Media and as a Media Planner for Paid Social at Ogilvy. Currently, Kyle holds the position of Associate Director of Communications Design at Initiative, beginning in August 2025. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, graduating in 2020.
