Lars Hyman

Lars Hyman currently serves as the Head of Communications Design for the USA and previously for the East at Initiative, a role held since October 2017. Prior to this, Lars worked as a Consultant at True Customer Group for a brief period in mid-2017 and held the position of Vice President of Integrated Communications and Media at 360i from February 2016 to July 2017. Lars's extensive experience includes serving as SVP of Integrated Communications Planning at Vizeum and as SVP and Group Communications Planning Director at Carat, among other positions in leading media agencies. Lars began a media career at Grey and DMB&B, evolving through various roles over the years. Lars earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of South Carolina between 1989 and 1994.
