Paul Gerlando is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in communications planning and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Product Acceleration at T-Mobile within Initiative since October 2017, Paul has led successful campaigns for notable accounts including IHOP and Constellation Brands, receiving multiple awards such as the 2019 Cannes Lions Media Short List and the 2018 Adweek Media Plan of the Year. Paul's experience spans various roles in organizations such as Vizeum and Horizon Media, where strategic planning and media execution were key responsibilities. Additionally, Paul is an Advisory Board Member for the Hart School of Hospitality, Sport and Recreation Management at James Madison University. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a Marketing concentration from New York University.
