Omri Shafran has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 1994, they served as a First Sergeant in the Israeli Air Force Elite Rescue Unit, where they received honors for their brave rescue under fire. From 1998 to 2003, they founded and managed Francesca Coffee LTD, a company that grew to serve over 650 institutes and chains. In 2005, they became the owner of a real estate business. From 2008 to 2013, they served as CEO and Co-founder of Blue Bay Construction LLC, managing a broad portfolio of real estate assets. In 2010, they worked as the Gifted Kid coordinator at American Mensa. From 2006 onwards, they also served on the Executive Committee for Chabad Outreach of Houston. In 2014, they founded SureSpot Inc. and currently serves as Founder/CEO. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at both Texas Medical Technology and iNitrile.

Omri Shafran has an extensive education history. Omri attended Harvard Business School from 2010 to 2013, where they studied Business & Finance as well as Economic & Business Studies. Prior to that, they had also attended Harvard Business School from 2008 to 2009, although the field of study is unspecified. In 1999, they pursued a degree at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in the field of Economy and Business, which they completed in 2001. Shafran furthered their education at Bar Ilan from 1991 to 1994, specializing in Law Studies. In 1990, they briefly studied at The Open University of Israel, although specific details regarding their field of study are not provided.

Additionally, Shafran has obtained various certifications. In June 2006, they earned a Notary certification from the State of Texas. In March 2005, they obtained a Realtor certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission. Furthermore, in August 1996, they became a Dive Master through the CMAS institution.
