Lynn Tilson

Lynn Tilson has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on global people and culture strategies. Starting at Penneys (Primark) as an HR Generalist in 2001, they then moved to Deloitte as a Senior Human Resources Manager in 2005. In 2011, they joined Ernst & Young as a Senior HR Manager and Western Region HR Lead. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Woodside Energy as an HR Manager - Global Policy & Remuneration. Lynn'smost recent role was at NDT Global, where they served as the VP Global People & Culture from 2017 to 2023. In this role, they developed successful HR strategies, improving employee engagement scores and reducing turnover. Lynn Tilson is currently the Global Head of HR at Inizio, a position they started in 2023.

Lynn Tilson completed a Certificate in Executive Women in Leadership from E-Cornell in 2022. In 2020, they obtained a Everything DISC Facilitator certification from Performance Partners. From 2014 to 2015, Lynn attended the Life Coaching Academy (LCA) where they earned a degree in Coaching & NLP. Lynn also holds a BA in Accounting & Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they have a certification in Finding and Retaining High Potentials from LinkedIn, which was obtained in 2019.
