Deb Gelber currently serves as a CRM Success Manager at Inizio Engage, where responsibilities include providing expertise in managing CRMs and supporting various stakeholders during product implementations and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Deb held positions at Accenture as Associate Manager in Life Sciences, successfully leading M&A project activities and representing site risks to PMO leadership, and at Spark Therapeutics, where collaboration with various departments enhanced Veeva CRM capabilities. Deb began a career at AstraZeneca, advancing from Senior Business Specialist to Senior Manager in Sales and Commercial Operations, focusing on aligning technology capabilities with business needs. Deb holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from West Chester University.
