Katie Gardner Fries

Katie Gardner Fries has extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as the CRM Customer Success Manager and previously as the Sales Technology Program Manager at Symetra since February 2018. Prior to Symetra, Katie worked at King County Housing Authority as the Senior Housing Policy Manager, leading a successful multi-year initiative to update housing management software and implementing change management strategies. Katie's earlier experience includes serving as Capital Planner at the Housing Authority of Snohomish County, where a strong focus was placed on regulatory compliance and capital needs assessment, and as Conference Coordinator at Central Washington University, managing logistics for numerous conferences and generating significant revenue. Katie holds a Master of Public Administration in Housing and Social Policy from the University of Washington and dual bachelor's degrees in Public Policy, Political Science, and Sociology from Central Washington University.
