Chanta' D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chanta''smost recent role was as the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Evoke. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the same company. Chanta' also worked as the Cross-Agency Black Professionals ERG Lead at PR Council. At Evoke KYNE, they served as the Vice President and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, as well as the Account Director and Global DE&I Committee Lead. Before that, they worked at Finn Partners as an Associate Vice President and Account Supervisor, where they managed workflow and execution for various accounts. Chanta' also gained experience at Medical Dynamics as an Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive, handling media strategy and client deliverables. Chanta' started their career as a Public Relations Specialist at the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), where they managed PR and social media strategies. Chanta' also worked as a Marketing Consultant at OutMarket and Vocus, helping clients improve their marketing efforts. Chanta' gained event coordination experience at LivingSocial and served as a Member Services Specialist at AAAS.

Chanta' D. obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2020. Chanta' previously earned a Master of Science degree in Management and Public Relations from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at the University of Maryland from 2006 to 2010. Chanta' D. began their educational journey by earning a High School Diploma in Information Technology from Eleanor Roosevelt High School from 2002 to 2006.
