Heriberta Maharestusadya is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user-centered design, particularly within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as UX Associate Director at Inizio Evoke since October 2021, Heriberta leads product launches utilizing an iterative design process in agile environments. Previously, as a UX Designer at MERGE, Heriberta developed personalized experiences for healthcare clients and conducted heuristic evaluations to enhance usability and accessibility. Independent work as a Product Designer involved end-to-end project management and the creation of solutions across various industries. Prior experience in human resources provided valuable insights into diverse industry needs. Heriberta holds a UX-UI Design certificate from Flatiron School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Sanata Dharma.
