Kaitlin Smith

Kaitlin Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of advertising and client services. Starting in 2007 as an intern at the United States Chamber of Commerce, they then worked as a Sr. Traffic Manager at Draftfcb Healthcare from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they served as an Account Executive at Cline Davis & Mann in 2010, and as a Senior Account Executive at DraftFcb Healthcare from 2011 to 2012. Kaitlin then joined NeON, a Draftfcb Company, as a Senior Account Executive from 2012 to 2013, and later became an Account Supervisor at Neon, an FCB Healthcare Company, from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they started working at Create NYC, where they held roles including Account Supervisor and VP, Account Supervisor, until 2020. Kaitlin's next career move was to Evoke Create in 2021, where they held positions such as SVP, Account Director and SVP, Director of Client Services. Most recently, in 2024, they became the Head of Client Services at Inizio Evoke. Overall, Kaitlin Smith has gained extensive experience in client service roles across multiple advertising agencies throughout their career.
