Michelle Allsop

Michelle Allsop has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and people management. Michelle most recently held the position of Senior Director, People & Culture, Europe at Evoke. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent at TH.0 and as a Senior HR Director, Europe at Phillips. Michelle has also worked as the Head of Group HR at Science Ltd, People Director at Talon Outdoor, and Head of People Team at OMD. Earlier in their career, they worked as a People, Organisational Design & Implementation Manager and HR Business Partner at Direct Line Group, Head of HR at Huntress, and as the Head of Human Resources & Administration at Eurosport TV Ltd. Michelle began their career as an HR Officer at River Island. Michelle has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and directing HR strategies across various industries and organizations.
