Regina Motarjeme

Regina Motarjeme, MPA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Regina is currently working at Evoke as the Practice Lead Implementation, Data & Analytics + Health Equity Lead, where they are responsible for building a practice and team that delivers advanced marketing science, performance analytics, and audience intelligence to clients.

Prior to Evoke, Regina co-founded and served as the Lead DEI&B Consultant at Strata RMK Consulting. In this role, they partnered with clients worldwide to navigate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) in a non-performative, data-driven, and sustainable manner.

Regina also worked as the VP of Operations, Experience & Health Equity Lead at Evoke Mind+Matter, a global brand, experience, and communications platform. In addition, they held the position of Director of Operations at the same company.

Before joining Evoke, Regina worked as a Consultant at Sand Cherry, where they utilized their expertise in various projects. Regina also served as the Sr. Director, Program Management & Product Operations / DEI Lead at Healthgrades, where they developed and directed a company-wide program structure based on objectives and key results.

Furthermore, Regina has experience as the SVP of Operations at Medikly, a provider of engagement and analytic platforms for healthcare. There, they played a key role in building the platform from the ground up and performed various responsibilities such as researching growth strategies, presenting to clients/partners, and coaching team members.

Additionally, Regina worked as the Owner/Project Manager at RM Consulting Group, where they managed cross-functional teams and led multi-faceted projects in healthcare, IT, and marketing. Regina also held the position of VP, Educational & Strategic Planning at Gullapalli & Associates, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in medical education initiatives.

Regina began their career as the Director of Sales and Operations at Destination Management, where they managed all aspects of sales and operations for the leading DMC in Colorado.

Throughout their career, Regina Motarjeme has demonstrated expertise in areas such as program management, project execution, diversity and inclusion, operations, and strategic planning.

Regina Motarjeme, MPA holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration/Communication from Leiden University. Regina also attended Johan van Oldenbarnevelt Gymnasium, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided. In 2018, they completed a certification in Change Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Acuity Institute.
