Ritesh Rajput's work experience begins with an internship at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in 2010. From there, they joined the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group as a Front Office Associate, where they demonstrated leadership and organizational skills. In 2014, Ritesh joined JW Marriott as a Front Office Associate and received recognition for their exceptional performance. Ritesh then moved to Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as a Front Office Executive, where they won recognition awards and gained experience in group handling and department up-selling. In 2017, Ritesh joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as a Duty Manager, focusing on guest satisfaction and managing disputes and conflicts. Ritesh'smost recent role is with Injala, where they started as an Administrator / EA to the CEO and later became the Administration Team Manager. Currently, they serve as a Business Unit Manager, responsible for team performance and acting as a point of contact for assigned clients. Ritesh has a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.

Ritesh Rajput received a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from Gujarat Institute of Hotel Management between the years 2012-2014. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Hotel Management from Parul Institute of Hotel Management from 2009-2012.
