Binu Varkey

Binu Varkey has a diverse work experience in technical writing. From 2018 onwards, they worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Injazat. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2018, they were a Technical Writer at C4Advanced Solutions. Binu also gained experience as a GRC Analyst at MetricStream from 2007 to 2011, where they worked on creating various guides. Before that, they worked as a Jr. Technical Writer at Lantek Automation India Pvt.Ltd. from 2006 to 2007 and as a Proofreader at Macmillan Inda Pvt.Ltd. from 2004 to 2006.

Binu Varkey completed a Master's degree in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics from the University of Portsmouth from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a MA degree in Economics from Kannur University from 2001 to 2003, and a Master's degree in Economics from the same university from 1998 to 2001.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Binu Varkey also obtained several certifications. They achieved the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification from (ISC)² in April 2023, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in January 2023, and the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in November 2022.
