Rajeev Bhagat is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management and digital transformation. Rajeev is skilled in cloud strategy, agile leadership, global program delivery, and people management.

Currently, Rajeev works as a Program Manager for Injazat, where they lead digital solutions and delivery. Rajeev is responsible for building digital businesses and ensuring great customer experiences. Prior to this role, Rajeev was a Program Manager at Carrier Fire & Security, where they focused on digital transformation programs for fire and security products in smart buildings.

Before joining Injazat and Carrier Fire & Security, Rajeev worked at Tech Mahindra as a Program Manager, leading cloud transformation projects. Rajeev also gained experience as a Senior IT Project Manager at NGA Human Resources, overseeing various IT projects and programs. Rajeev started their career as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager at IBM India, where they managed projects from initiation to implementation.

In addition to their professional experience, Rajeev has certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP®), SAFe® Agile, and AWS Practitioner. Rajeev has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and programs, adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Rajeev is known for their ability to analyze project needs and apply hybrid practices to achieve successful outcomes.

Rajeev Bhagat has a strong educational background with a focus on information technology. Rajeev obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from Madurai Kamaraj University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree at the same university from 2006 to 2009, specializing in computers.

In addition to their formal education, Rajeev has also pursued certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Rajeev obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2016, demonstrating their proficiency in project management. Furthermore, they completed the SAFe 4 Agilist certification offered by Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2019, showcasing their expertise in implementing agile practices at scale.

To expand their knowledge in cloud computing, Rajeev obtained the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2022. This certification validates their understanding of AWS services and the fundamentals of cloud computing.
