Tamer Farouk

Tamer Farouk has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tamer began their career at Bull as a Systems Engineer in 1993. Tamer then moved on to Texas Instruments Software Engineering as an Account Manager from 1995 to 1998.

Tamer joined Oracle in 1998 and held various positions over the years, starting as a Presales Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for positioning Oracle E-Business Solution across different industries in the Middle East. Tamer also provided solution architecture analysis and design based on customer requirements and created customer proposals.

From 2005 to 2007, Tamer served as a Business Advisory Senior Manager, focusing on key account management. Tamer then transitioned to the role of Senior Manager Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions from 2007 to 2009.

Tamer's career at Oracle progressed further, and they became the Regional Sales Director for Telecom, Media, Utilities, and Transportation in the Gulf and Levant from 2009 to 2011. Tamer then moved on to lead the Telecom and Aviation Industry segment in the Middle East and Africa. In 2012, Tamer became the Senior Director of Enterprise Performance Management SaaS Leader for ECEMEA until 2014.

Their most recent role was with Oracle as the Senior Director of East and West Africa SaaS Applications Sales Leader from 2014 to 2021.

Currently, Tamer is working at Injazat as the Business and Digital Transformation Leader, starting from May 2021.

Tamer Farouk obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Electronics from Ain Shams University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Tamer later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology and Management from MSM University, which they attended from 1996 to 1998.
