Kevin Berg has a diverse work experience in the medical product development field. Kevin started their career at Medtronic in 1980, where they worked for 20 years in various roles, including development manager and senior project manager. During this time, they led the development of implantable defibrillators, managed worldwide clinical studies, and designed pacemakers.

In 2006, Kevin gained broad startup experience, working as the director of implantable devices and physician communication instrumentation development at Neurostream Technologies. Kevin was responsible for defining product and technology roadmaps and overseeing the development of an implantable neurostimulator and programmer.

In 2013, Kevin joined Medtronic Neuromodulation as a contract program manager, where they managed worldwide field-related communications and ensured compliance with FDA regulations. Kevin also worked at Medtronic-MECC as a contract program manager for a short period.

Most recently, Kevin served as the vice president of medical product development at Injectsense Inc. starting in 2015. Kevin established a product development office and team within the startup organization and managed the development of an injectable, solid-state, pressure sensing system for Glaucoma therapy management.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills in the medical device industry.

Kevin Berg attended the University of Minnesota, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. During their time at the university, they focused their studies on general business studies, systems engineering, and digital design.
