Kim Mackley specializes in strategic planning, change management, and data-driven decision-making, leveraging over 15 years of experience in communications and project management. Kim leads INK’s research and insights practice and guides the company’s operations, recruiting, and business development. She applies a unique point of view and sense of humor to every problem, asking the questions no one else asks and finding solutions when others have given up. Kim designs research for clients that helps them understand their customer audiences and uncover insights worth sharing. She is a proud Buckeye with a BA in journalism from The Ohio State University and an MA in liberal arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
