Daniele Santos

Daniele Santos has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Daniele currently serves as the Human Resources Director at INK Entertainment Group, where they oversee recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at NZR Group as part of the human resources team, managing HR in Miami and collaborating with the London-Based Headquarters team. Daniele also handled employee relations, performance management, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Earlier in their career, they served as a Human Resources Manager at IHRDC, where they developed and administered HR plans and procedures. Daniele also worked as a District Sales Manager at Christian Audigier & Ed Hardy corporations and as a Store Manager at Victoria's Secret, where they supervised teams and ensured store presentation and customer connectivity.

Daniele Santos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) between 1995 and 1999.
