Maxwell Madzar, M.M., SHRM SCP

Maxwell Madzar, M.M., SHRM SCP has a long history of work experience in the Human Resources field. In 2022, they began working as the Human Resources Manager for Inkbit. From 2017-2022, they worked at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, they advised CSAIL Principal Investigators in areas such as rewards and recognition, onboarded new employees, promoted diversity and inclusion, recruited new employees, and handled compensation and HR policies and procedures. Maxwell also coached and served as a resource in all areas of employee relations to effectively resolve issues and answer questions related to performance management, conflict, HR best practices, legal compliance, and University policies and procedures. In 2017, they also worked as an EPIC Software Application Trainer for Mount Auburn Hospital. From 2016-2012, they worked at Cambridge College as a Resident Advisor/Program Coordinator, Admissions Counselor for the Graduate School of Management, and Human Resources Assistant. In 2012, they also worked as a Human Resources Assistant for Bentley University. In 2011, they worked as an HR Consultant for Appledore Marine Engineering Inc., an Intern for ML Search Partners, and a Pioneering Director for Kenmont/Kenwood Camps. Finally, in 2010, they worked as a Museum Assistant for Yager Museum Hartwick College, where they led, built, and designed large artifact displays, handled artifacts, researched and catalogued the museum's coin collection, and developed visitor questionnaires.

Maxwell Madzar, M.M., SHRM SCP obtained their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in August 2020. Maxwell also holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Cambridge College, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Maxwell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from Hartwick College between 2007 and 2011. Maxwell Madzar, M.M., SHRM SCP graduated from Medway High School prior to 2007.
