Tatiana Alves Pereira

Tatiana Alves Pereira serves as the Executive Catalyst at ideiaLab, a Mozambican business dedicated to inspiring entrepreneurs and fostering the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium enterprises since March 2010. In addition to this role, Tatiana co-founded InkDot in October 2020 and provides consultancy services. Tatiana’s prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at SDO Moçambique from 2009 to March 2011, an HR Consultant at LOD Consulting from July 2006 to December 2007, and an HR Coordinator at BCI from February 2004 to July 2006. Tatiana holds an MBA in Business Administration from Curtin University and an Honors Degree in Human Resources Management from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, complemented by a Mandela Washington Fellowship in Business and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University in 2014.
