Alison Morra

Chief Operating Officer at InkHouse

Alison oversees the operations of the Boston and New York offices of Inkhouse ensuring quality of work, staffing account teams and overall operational excellence.

In her role as general manager of the Waltham office, she has been instrumental in driving the agency’s growth and promoting a culture that resulted in The Boston Globe naming Inkhouse one of its Top Places to Work in 2019. Alison also drives the strategic direction of account teams in defense, corporate and consumer technology.

Before joining Inkhouse more than 7 years ago, Alison spent many years in Boston agencies where she developed and managed communications programs for corporate, real estate, finance, professional services, and consumer clients. Alison was also an event planner where she assisted in planning some of the largest events in Boston, which included parties for the 2004 Democratic National Convention and Senator Edward Kennedy.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Quinnipiac University and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Emerson College and in her spare time teaches figure skating. She lives in Walpole with her husband and two kids, Anthony and Abigail.
