Rohin O. Onyango, PhD, is a seasoned monitoring and evaluation professional with experience in leading M&E initiatives at various organizations in Africa. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning at INKOMOKO, Rohin has also held roles such as Senior Impact Manager at African Management Institute and Principal Evaluator at True-North Development Solutions. With a strong background in research and data analysis, Rohin has a Doctor of Philosophy in Development Studies from St. Paul's University, among other academic qualifications.
