Joseph Agyeman-Badu has a diverse work experience in the field of business development and sales. Joseph started their career as an Account Executive at Alink Telecom Group in 2008 and later worked as a Business Development Executive at Persol Systems Limited from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they became a Business Development Manager at Techno Brain Limited, where they stayed until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, Joseph served as the Regional Sales Manager for West Africa at IDS NEXT Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. Joseph then joined Techno Brain Group and held the roles of Cross Practice Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2016 and Presales Consultant-Microsoft Dynamics NAV & AX from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Software Group as a Sales Manager for Africa. Since 2018, Joseph has been working at Inlaks, where they have held various positions including Sales Manager for Enterprise and Financial Business Units, Head of Financial Business, and currently serves as the Head of Business Development for Africa Operations.
Joseph Agyeman-Badu completed their education as follows:
- From 2014 to 2016, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Corporate Strategy from the University of Nicosia.
- Joseph obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from SMC University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
- In 2011 and 2012, they attained a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
- Between 2009 and 2012, they pursued a degree in Marketing (HND) at Accra Polytechnic.
- Lastly, they completed their secondary education at Apam Secondary School, specializing in General Arts from 2004 to 2007.
Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Build Your Own Chatbot - Level 1 from IBM in 2018.
