Yacoba Amuah

Yacoba Amuah holds the position of Country Manager at Inlaks since March 2021, overseeing comprehensive management and operations in Ghana, contributing to the company’s recognition, including “Best IT Company of the Year” and a nomination for “Outstanding Business Leadership Personality of the Year” for 2023. Prior to this role, Yacoba served as Territory Head for the Infrastructure Business Unit covering West & Central Africa, and has a rich background in sales and customer experience across various organizations, including Capital Bank and Airtel Ghana. Yacoba's educational qualifications include an MBA in Service Excellence from the University of Wales, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Communications Studies from the University of Ghana, and a First Class Honors B.A. in Secretaryship from the University of Cape Coast.
