Kellee Divine - Calp

Kellee Divine is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of National Training Manager at Independence Realty Trust Inc. from June 2017 to February 2022. Kellee also has experience as a General Manager at Bozzuto in February 2017, a Property Manager at Golub & Company from September 2016 to December 2016, and a Property Manager and Assistant Manager/Bookkeeper at Lincoln Property Company from June 2012 to September 2016. In addition, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Lakeside Pride Music Ensembles from June 2016 to May 2017. Kellee was also involved in various roles at MID AMERICA FREEDOM BAND CORP, including Board President and Director of Fundraising from September 2010 to February 2014. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Internal Programming and Brand Specialist at KCTV/KSMO/Meredith Corporation from October 2010 to June 2012 and October 2006 to October 2010, respectively. Kellee began their career as a Technical Director/Production Manager at KODE-TV from January 2001 to October 2006.

Kellee Divine holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Comm/PR-marketing/French from Missouri Southern State University, obtained between 2000 and 2004. In 2013, they earned a National Apartment Leasing Professional designation from AAKC. Additionally, Kellee obtained a Missouri and National Real Estate License from Career Education Center in 2012. Kellee also earned a CAM certification in Real Estate from the Chicago Apartment Association. With regards to additional certifications, Kellee obtained a CAM certification from CAA in January 2017 and a CALP certification from AAKC in October 2013. Most recently, in December 2022, they achieved a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certification from the Chicagoland Apartment Association.
