Desmond Loh

Desmond Loh, ACCA, CIA, currently works as a Manager (Audit) at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) since April 2021. Previously, Desmond worked as a Staff (Engagement) in the Budget 2023 Communications Team at the Ministry of Finance (Singapore) from October 2022 to March 2023. With experience as an Audit Senior at BDO LLP Singapore and training coordinating specialist at the Singapore Armed Forces, Desmond has a strong background in accounting and audit. Desmond holds a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from the University of London, an ACCA Professional Qualification, and a Diploma in Accounting & Finance from Temasek Polytechnic.
