Eileen Tay

Eileen Tay is currently working as Deputy Director International Tax at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). With experience in tax assessments for small corporations and leading tax policy initiatives, Eileen has also specialized in international taxation matters, particularly Transfer Pricing. With a background in accounting and finance, Eileen holds a Masters of Science in Accounting (Data & Analytics) and has previously worked at PwC Singapore.
