Jamie Wilkins has over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, currently serving as the General Manager at INLIV since December 2012, where the focus is on delivering integrated medical, rehabilitation, and fitness services. Prior to this role, Jamie worked as a Project Manager for Insignia Custom Homes, overseeing the construction of high-end custom homes in Calgary from September 2014 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Trainer/Exercise Therapist at First Steps Spinal Cord Injury Wellness Centre from April 2011 to December 2012. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology & Health Studies with a specialization in Fitness & Lifestyle from the University of Regina, and is also a certified personal fitness trainer through BKIN and CSEP-CPT.
