Jonell Sequira has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Retail Sales Associate for Gap Inc., where they handled cashier duties, provided excellent customer service, and maintained store cleanliness. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Inktel Contact Center Solutions, specifically serving the client Sephora. Their responsibilities included analyzing customer needs and finding solutions for order issues, website troubleshooting, and product inquiries. In 2021, they joined Z9 Ventures as an Influencer Marketing Manager. Currently, they work as a Client Media Strategist, Social at Inmar Intelligence, starting in 2022.
