Nancy Washburn-Pynn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nancy began their career in 1991 as a Consultant at Siskin Management Inc, where they conducted market research and prepared reports and proposals for private and public sector organizations. From 1992 to 1997, they worked as a Consultant for FGA Consultants Ltd, responsible for proposal and report development, conducting industry research, and designing surveys.

In 1998, Nancy joined Keane, Inc as a Senior IT Consultant, specializing in application outsourcing. Nancy achieved a 100% success rate in meeting customer expectations, built strong client relationships, and provided mentorship and training to both employees and clients.

From 2002 to 2006, Nancy worked at Oracle (PeopleSoft) Corporation as a Consultant. Here, they served as a Project Coordinator for a Global Program Management Office, assisting in the implementation of global processes and procedures. Nancy also worked as a CRM Consultant, focusing on sales, service, financials, and call center processes.

Starting in 2007, Nancy joined Millennium Research Group as a Key Account Manager, managing a multi-product portfolio and exceeding sales targets. Nancy maintained strong relationships with clients of all levels and departments within medical device manufacturers.

From 2011 to 2013, Nancy took a maternity leave, during which they focused on their family.

Since 2013, Nancy has been working at Inmar Intelligence as a Client Development Manager. In this role, they manage key coupon redemption and rebate accounts, including large Canadian CPG companies. Nancy provides comprehensive support to clients, including contract negotiations, pricing, quality control, redemption estimates, and client training. Nancy also delivers in-person business reviews covering company and industry market analysis.

Nancy Washburn-Pynn (she/her/hers) attended the University of New Brunswick from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration.

Later, in 1997-1998, Nancy pursued further education at the ITI - Information Technology Institute. During this time, they obtained an Applied Information Technology (AIT) degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Nancy achieved a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in June 2019 from Inmar.
