Carl Burris is currently serving as the Vice President Spacecraft Programs at Inmarsat Government. With a background in engineering, Carl previously held positions at LinQuest as a Corporate Engineer and at Hughes Space and Communications as a Systems Engineer. Carl obtained a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Southern California after completing their Bachelor's degree at Drexel University.
