Fruzsina B. has extensive experience in international sales support and training, currently serving as a Specialist at Inmarsat since October 2014, which was acquired by Viasat in May 2023. Fruzsina has played a key role in planning and delivering onboarding training for global customer support, developing training programs, and refining business processes as a Business Transformation Analyst. Previously held positions include Senior Global Support Consultant and Corporate Customer Support Consultant at Brightstar UK. Fruzsina began a teaching career at the Kossuth Lajos Practising Primary School and the Kossuth Lajos Practising Grammar School, focusing on Hungarian language and literature as well as English language and culture. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Teaching from the University of Debrecen and a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development from CIPD.
