Gareth Dumbrell

Gareth Dumbrell has a strong background in data analytics and management information. Gareth is currently serving as the Senior Director - Insights, Analytics & Reporting at Inmarsat, where they are leading the transformation of data into insights, implementing advanced analytics techniques, and improving business performance. Prior to this, Gareth held various positions at American Express Global Business Travel, where they led integration strategies, managed specialist teams for performance analytics and reporting, and oversaw forecasting and planning. Gareth also worked at First Data Corporation as the Director of Workforce & MI, EMEA Operations, focusing on optimizing productivity, driving cost-saving initiatives, and improving P&L performance. Earlier in their career, Gareth held multiple roles at NatWest Group, including Head of MI, Analytics and Operations Capacity Management, Manager of Operational Planning and Analysis, and MI Production, Development and Analysis Manager.

Gareth Dumbrell earned a BA(Hons) degree in Philosophy from King's College London from 1996 to 1999. In 2012-2013, they studied Process Improvement and received a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from BQF. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, Gareth attended Hundred of Hoo school.
