Laura Roberti

Laura Roberti has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Laura started their career as a Researcher at Politecnico di Torino in 1994. In 1998, they joined BTplc as a Technology Lead Consultant, where they represented the company at international and national regulatory fora and was responsible for regulatory and standard aspects for BT Fixed Service systems. Laura also conducted spectrum sharing studies between satellite and terrestrial systems. In 2010, Laura became a Teacher at the International Institute of Lancy, and then joined Inmarsat in 2011 as a Market Access Specialist and Regulatory Advisor. Laura later became the Director of Regulatory and Market Access. Currently, Laura is working at Telesat as the Spectrum and Market Access Director (Global) and will soon transition into the role of Senior Director Spectrum and Market Access (Global) in June 2023.

Laura Roberti holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
