Steve Rigler

Steve Rigler has extensive work experience in contract management and business development. Steve currently serves as the Director of Commercial Contracts at Inmarsat, where they are responsible for managing a team of Contract Managers and overseeing all customer-facing contracts. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Head of Contracts at Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine, where they managed a global contracts and trade compliance team. Steve also worked as a Business Manager at Pektron Plc, focusing on business development and project management in North America and the UK. Additionally, Steve has experience in purchasing and supply chain management at Ventec Europe Ltd. Before entering their current field, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Ladbrokes Coral.

Steve Rigler obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Swansea University in 2007. In 2021, they pursued an Executive Diploma in Advanced Strategic Management & Leadership from Henley Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Steve continued their education at Henley Business School in 2023, where they obtained an Executive MBA. Steve also obtained various certifications, including AgilePM™ Foundation in Project Management, Chartered Manager - Fellow from the Chartered Management Institute, and Business Intelligence for Consultants from LinkedIn.
