Cláudio Martins

Cláudio Martins has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the IT and consulting industry. Cláudio is currently the Chief Revenue Officer & Executive VP at Inmetrics since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Director at Wipro Limited from March 2021 to January 2023. In 2020, Cláudio worked in Digital Transformation, where they helped companies on their digital transformation journey. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Managing Director at Globant, where they headed the innovation portfolio and disruptive technologies services business unit in Brazil. Cláudio worked at Cognizant from 2012 to 2019, holding roles such as Banking, Financial Services & Insurance Director and Delivery Associate Director. Cláudio started their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2006 as the Global Accounts Delivery Manager for Brazil. Before that, they worked at Grupo TelSul, Cyclelogic, .comDominio Datacenters, and PsiNet, gaining experience in technology operations management and data center operations.

Cláudio Martins has an extensive education history in various fields. Cláudio began their academic journey in 1991 at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 1994. Cláudio then shifted their focus to the business and marketing industry, attending the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing - RJ from 2000 to 2001. Here, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Planning and Marketing Management and Planning.

Continuing their education, Cláudio enrolled at the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in 2003 and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. This degree further strengthened their knowledge and skills in the business field.

In 2017, Cláudio enhanced their expertise in selling skills and sales operations by attending Miller Heiman Group. Cláudio completed the SPIN Selling (Practitioner & Coach) program, which provided him with practical training and coaching in selling techniques.

With a diverse education background in engineering, marketing, and business administration, Cláudio Martins has developed a well-rounded skill set that they can apply to various professional settings.
