Isis Vasco

Isis Vasco has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. In 2012, they started as a Consultant at MSA Consulting, where they conducted recruitment and selection processes. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an intern at Pello Menos, assisting in recruitment and selection activities. In 2013, they became an intern at Transegur Vigilancia E Seguranca, where they focused on recruitment and selection tasks. From 2014 to 2014, they worked as an HR Analyst at CIEE Centro de Integração Empresa Escola, responsible for various HR activities. In 2015, they had two separate roles as an HR Analyst at Infoglobo and Grupo Prol. At Abra Cadabra, they worked as an HR Assistant from 2018 to 2019. Isis'sexperience with Grupo Seres includes being an HR Analyst from 2019 to 2020 and an HR Analyst II from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of HR Business Partner at M4U, starting in 2021. In 2022, they joined Inmetrics as a Business Partner. Throughout their career, Isis has been involved in tasks such as career development, performance evaluations, onboarding, and culture integration.

Isis Vasco attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In 2015 to 2016, they enrolled at Universidade Federal Fluminense and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources. Additionally, they returned to Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro during the same period from 2009 to 2013 to further their studies in psychology.
