Josemar Silva

Josemar Silva has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years in various roles within the technology industry. Josemar started their career as a Programmer at CPqD Telebrás in 1987. Josemar then worked as a System Analyst at Arbore Agrícola e Comércio Ltda from 1992 to 1995, before transitioning to Software Design, where they held the positions of System Analyst, Project Coordinator, and Manager from 1995 to 2004.

In 2005, Josemar joined Matera System as a Project Manager. Josemar then moved on to Inmetrics in 2007, where they held the role of Performance Analyst Consultant. Josemar later worked as a Project Manager, R&D Manager, and IT/R&D Manager at different times before joining Bradesco.com.br as a DevOps Engineer in 2020.

After that, Josemar worked as a Performance Analyst, Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, and finally as a SRE at Neon.com.br from 2021 to 2022. Josemar then joined Banco ABC Brasil as an SRE, contributing to the structure building of SRE teams within the organization. Currently, Josemar works as a Back End Developer - PostgreSQL database Specialist at an unnamed startup fintech, where they utilize their expertise in backend development and database functions using various technologies and frameworks.

Josemar Silva has a strong educational background, with various degrees and certifications. Josemar obtained their Pos-Graduacao degree in Especialização em Economia de Empresas - Area Financeira from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas in 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Graduacao in Analise de Sistemas from the same university, spanning from 1988 to 1992. In 1986, they earned a Tecnico degree in Processamento de Dados from Colégio Técnico da Unicamp - COTUCA.

In addition to their degrees, Josemar Silva has also obtained several certifications. In December 2017, they completed the Authentication and Authorization with AWS Identity and Access Management program, as well as the Profissional Técnico da AWS and Profissional de Negócios da AWS certifications from Amazon Web Services.
